To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Flattering Dress I wore this dress for my party two weeks ago. It is really comfortable on and I got lots of lovely comments. The only problem I have got, it says it can be dry cleaned on the web page , but when I took it to a professional cleaners he pointed out that on the label it said it can't be dry cleaned. The instructions on the label say you can't do anything with this dress to get it cleaned. I took a chance to wash the dress (inside a pillow case) on a delicate wash and it came up lovely. Hope this is helpful to other customers. December 20, 2012
