Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Disappointing I had been waiting for this dress to come back on sale for a long time and was excited when it appeared again. Id already gone into a HOF store to try it on but they hadnt got it in stock there and I ended up buying a different one. Taking into account previous reviews that it came up small, I ordered a size larger. First impressions when it was delivered was that it was very light and didnt feel that substantional considering the cost. It was very creased but maybe they would come out after hanging. It was also massive on me. So whether the sizing is now more accurate, I dont know but Ive sent it back. I dont think I will order it in the size lower either - if it comes available. I really didnt think the dress felt special enough for a wedding, although very pretty, it was just too lightweight and felt more like an evening dress or would be suitable for a beach wedding (though make sure there is an iron handy). gorgeous but abit see through This dress is beautiful at top with the pearls on it but the material at the bottom is very see through. I would have kept this dress - but for that reason i returned it. July 26, 2012

Beautiful Dress I took advice from the other reviewers as many commented that the dress comes small to size. I went up a size and the fit was perfect. As with other comments, I do agree that the legnth is quite long, (I am 5ft 6 3/4") and will need high heels to take that into account. I thought the beading and material was lovely and it drapes beautifully giving a real slim line look. Superb value for the money paid on sale. Overall this dress is classical looking without any fussy detailing that makes some wedding dresses look overstated. June 28, 2012
