To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Women's Ariella Rose print taffeta dress 3 5 1 1
Beautiful dress but ........... This dress is a lovely style, quite retro. The nipped in waist is very flattering but the neckline is way to low and too open I felt like everything was on show and did not feel comfortable in it. The print is nice and subtle but the fabric is an acetate and I would not want to go near a naked flame wearing it. Sadly it had to go back but in a different fabric and with a little more to the neckline it would be a great dress. December 15, 2012

There is a size guide above which should help but depending on your height this dress should be either on or just below your knee. It is a beautiful dress and has a real vintage feel to it. If you do buy it and find out that it is not suitable we offer a full refund policy (in accordance with our Ts&Cs).
