To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Fabulous Gift I bought this as a gift for friend and she was thrilled with it, she is a real fan of anything with the Union flag on it, so this fit the bill perfectly. It is made of beautiful quality leather and arrives in a lovely presentation box. I have quite a few things from Aspinal and recommend their products very highly. There have been no quality issues with this product so it should not stretch. The case has been designed specifically to fit the iPhone4.
