Buy and Collect

You can now buy online and collect in any of the House of Fraser stores. The service is available 7 days a week and is FREE of charge.

Simply place an order before 5pm and your items will be available for collection from 12noon the NEXT DAY.

If you are collecting from our Belfast or Dundrum store, please allow 48 hours for delivery.

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Order online by 5pm on any day of the week and collect in store from 12noon the following day. If you place your order after 5pm, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 5pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12noon on Wednesday).

If you are collecting your order from our Belfast or Dundrum Store, please allow 48 hours for delivery. (i.e. an order placed before 5pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12noon on Wednesday).

Please note: Cirencester and City: Both stores are open Monday to Saturday only. Any orders placed on Saturday will be ready for collection on Monday.

Whichever store you choose, we will send you a text message and email when your items are ready for collection at the store.

The Buy & Collect service is available for most, but not all, items online. Therefore, we suggest you check the individual product pages to see whether the items you are purchasing are applicable for this service. You can choose multiple addresses on the same order if you would like to collect part of your order from your nearest store and have part of your order delivered to your home (a delivery charge may apply).

Step 2 - Collect in Store

When you arrive in store, please go to the Buy & Collect desk to pick up your order.

Remember!

When collecting your order please bring the following with you:

1. A copy of your confirmation, despatch, or ready for collection email, or your ready for collection text
2. The card that you used to purchase the items or proof of ID

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring both the above to the Buy & Collect desk, plus your written permission.

If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, we will keep it at your chosen store for another seven days. After this period, you will be refunded automatically via your original method of payment (orders purchased using a gift card/gift voucher will be refunded in the form of eVouchers).

If you are aware that your order will not be picked up from store within 7 days, please email Fraserline at service@fraserline.co.uk or phone 0845 602 1073 to arrange an alternative day for collection.
