Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Great Barbour Classic! Such an easy to wear classic Barbour style, this coat looks great in all four colours; my personal favourite is the purple as I often wear dark jeans at the weekend. This coat also looks really smart in black over work wear. The pockets at the hips are a perfect size for all the essentials – phone, cards and lip balm. The belt is great for cinching in your waist if you are wearing lots of layers underneath. The fleece lining helps to keep you nice and warm – such a great transitional and timeless piece! Faulty. . returned Very diappointed with this jacket. Went all the way to store and then had to go all the way back because a hole 2 lines of stitching was missing off the front flap by the belt. Really annoyed had saved to get this jacket for months. House of fraser refunded as faulty. But the money it cost to fetch and then to return will never order from online - only did as was not available in local store! Poor workmanship on such an expensive relatively thin coat. Not thick lining as I imagined. Did fit well - but think you are paying for the name Barbour and not the coat. October 5, 2012

Hi, Thank you for your interest in this garment. This jacket has been selected using the colour guidelines provided by the brand. This jacket design has been described as 'purple' yet we appreciate this colourway could be considered relatively tonal with hints of blue. It is also important to state we have barbour jackets similiar to this currently in-store that have been ordered specifically in 'navy'. Our best advice would be to purchase the coat from our web-page with the secruity of our 14 day returns policy to experience the garment for yourself.

Hi thanks for your question, this is a versatile that jacket that can worn all year round, it is moderately thick however i would advise a thicker padded style for the cold depths of winter. I would recommend going to store and seeing the thickness is adequate for your needs.
