Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Perfect coat for walking the dog, very warm and fit's beautifully. The lining fur is so soft too. September 23, 2011

Delighted with this purchase Bought this jacket online as it was just what i was looking for by the picture and descriptions and i haven' been disappointed. Really love this coat. It's lovely and warm but not a heavy coat to carry/wear and the detachable fur collar and hood are very handy. Don't think anyone could be disappointed with this coat. October 23, 2011

Barbour Jacket Love this jacket!. Great style. Very warm and fantastic shape when belt is fastend, even better when you completely button up the fur collar. warm, waterproof and sylish This is an excellent jacket which looks very fashionable while being totally practical. I think it looks better than all the quilted jackets that are flying off the shelves at present and wont be out of fashion next year. I would definitely recommend it though you will be lucky if there are any left at the rate the sizes are selling out! October 6, 2011

The Measurements for 5 example sizes are as follows:

Size 10: Sleeve Length 60cm.
Size 12: Sleeve Length 60cm.
Size 14: Sleeve Length 62.5cm.
Size 16: Sleeve Length 62.5cm.
Size 18: Sleeve Length 62.5cm.

Is it a two way zip ie bottom part also un-zips upwards?

Details:

E.g. Currently have a barbour which can un-zip bottom part upwards / open whilst still wearing the coat with the top half of my body zipped in (usefull for horse riding or biking).
