Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Love the green.... I LOVE THIS JACKET, I have the green one and it goes with all my weekend looks. The pearl jacket also looks really elegant and sophisticated for the weekends – don’t be put off by the colour as they are all easily washable and wipe clean if you get a bit muddy walking the dog or out in the countryside! The multitude of pockets are so useful and can fit so much in. Such an easy to wear and great looking jacket! February 19, 2013

Excellent! Good jacket. Does exactly what it says i.e. it is light, breathable and waterproof. True to size. Fantastic bright colour. Had loads of compliments and feel smart even just taking the dog out. Perfect for this mild wet weather. Great investment. January 1, 2012
