Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

my wedding dress I bought this as my wedding dress (in nude colour). It was stunning on and looked amazing in the photo's. Possibly a little too sexy as the split showed my garter as I walked (but husband was delighted lol). I am a little overweight but normally get in to a size 14 however I had to go up a size for a perfect fit. Even though I'm a bigger lady (with hourglass figure), the dress was very flattering. I put a little diamonte and pearl brooch on the 'knot' and it was just perfect. I have quite a big bust so went bra-less however there was plenty of support in the dress. My only comment would be that it was a little too long for my 5'2" height so had to get it taken up. And the best part is - it is of a style I can still wear on special occassions. stunning!!!!!!!!!!!! i never write reviews but had to in this case!! like everyone else has said this dress makes you feel amazing, i wore it for my 30th birhtday as the theme was hollywood bling and have never had so many people comment on how i looked and many thought i had the dress made especially for the night as the dress fits your body so well. as i say the fit is amazing and the split in the leg section makes it really easy to move in unlike other long gowns i have had in the past. i am very short hence the nickname so did have to get the dress altered in the length but was so worth it!! Makes you feel like a movie star This dress is so glamorous. It's very long (I'm 5' 5") even in heels so you may need to get it altered. Worth the money! November 28, 2011

This range of Dress does have a Slit in the Right Side, The Length of this Slit is from the Bottom of dress up to the hips.

The nude style is very easy to wear with most colours. Black or gold would work quite well however you could wear almost any colour. We have some bags in stock currently that would suit this dress, however we do not currently stock Biba shoes.

This has been a very popular style for us and we have never had any feedback or returns due to this problem.
The dress has been tested and can be delicately dry cleaned so all I can suggest is that you try a different dry cleaners?
