Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Women's Biba Pleat detail silk blouse 3.3 5 3 3

Mumsy This looked stunning on the website but for me it was a big disappointment. As expected the blouse is sheer but the fabric has no substance and the collar looks very flat and unflattering when on. Returned. January 29, 2013

Pretty but like tissue paper This is a very pretty and nicely made blouse i.e. french seams so no nasty overlocking in sight. The style of the sleeves make this a super blouse for evening. However, for me, a middle aged woman, it was very transparent, like tissue paper. Even in the sale it is expensive and it should, therefore, have been made in a heavier weight silk, been partially lined or come with a slip. I ordered a size 12 and the fit was perfect. I really liked it and tried various slips of my own under it but none worked. Very sadly returned. January 21, 2013

Perfect detailing, fabulous fit! This beautiful silk blouse is my complete favourite for the season. Everything about it exudes luxury and glamour. The 100% silk fabric is soft to touch and flatters to silhouette beatifully. The pleat detailing front has delicate silk covered buttons which accentuates the feminine style of this blouse. The soft collar, and pleat detail sleeves stand out, and would make any simple outfit glamourous for a daytime or evening look. The sleeves are the highlight of this piece, as they are intricately pleated, with a slight voluminous fit, that is gathered with cuff detailing.
