Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Men's Chester Barrie Sharkskin suit 5 5 1 1

First Chester Barrie Suit This was the 1st Chester Barrie, Savile Row suit that I purchased about 2 years ago. It's still in fantastic condition. The cut is sharp, the fabric superb, great attention to detail, like a working cuff, horn buttons, bemberg lining and even a flower loop behind the lapel.... sheer quality for the price. May 25, 2012

The Measurements for the Trousers of 3 example sizes are as follows:

40S: Waist 31"/77.5cm and Inside Leg 29"/72.5cm.
40R: Waist 35"/87.5cm and Inside Leg 31"/77.5cm.
40L: Waist 35"/87.5cm and Inside Leg 34"/85cm.
