Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Stunning! Now I've got two! I was not disappointed with the many comments I received from my friends when I wore this beautiful evening dress. I'd already bought the shorter black dress in the same design and so it really didn't take me long before I bought the navy long version. Admit only being 5'4 I had to have 5 inches taken off, but it was well worth the inconvenience to show this dress off at an Award's ceremony. Love it, love it love it. Looking forward to wearing it on a cruise later in the year, and I will be sure to pack the shorter version too! February 10, 2013

Awesome dress! I bought this for a Christmas ball, I felt like a million dollars when I put it on. I can't tell you how many complements I got on the night. People I didn't even know came up to tell me how gorgeous it was! I didn't want to take it off! And to tell the truth - I still have it hanging up outside the wardrobe so I can keep looking at it! Wow! This dress is stunning, there is no other word for it. I wore it on New Year's Eve and felt amazing. I received a lot of compliments and one friend intends to buy one for herself. The bodice is quite stretchy so it is extremely comfortable for eating and dancing! (I am size 16-18 and 5' 10". I bought the size 20 so I recommend you go up a size). January 4, 2013
