Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Understated elegance! I'm very pleased with this dress and that's really saying something as I'm usually so hard to please! It is excellent quality and looks better on than on the hanger. Is is ever so slightly on the generous size. I'm in between an 8 and a 10, depending on where I'm shopping and I found this to be quite a 'roomy' size 8. By that I mean that it felt very comfortable without looking too big. Length wise, I agree with other reviewers - it is on the long side. I'm just shy of 5ft 5 and even with platform heels, it will need to be taken up slightly. This dress would be perfect for a taller person, but I'm opting to have it altered as I can't bear to part with it! Overall, a very feminine, elegant evening dress. Highly recommended. The Perfect Dress I wore this dress to my 40th birthday party and have never had so many compliments on something I have worn. It is incredibly flattering and also very comfortable to wear....it was just perfect ! I am only 5ft 2" and did have to have the bottom teir of the dress removed, but it now fits me perfectly and I can't wait to wear it again !! February 5, 2013

Just perfect long evening dress Bought this fabulous dress yesterday to wear to a black tie ball. Too long for me ( I am 5ft. 6ins ) so having it shortened by 2ins and still able to wear high heels! But its so flattering and the fit is perfect. Agree that it is quite low cut but Im going to wear a good bra and be brave! November 3, 2012
