To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

'My Very First Flesh-toned Tights' Nude tights, yeuck? THINK AGAIN! These tights are mini-miracles in polyamide. Forget any preconceived notions you have about flesh-coloured tights being 'nora-batty-ish'. These are perfection! They are completely invisible. They even-out skin tone, add a little bit of 'shape', smooth over any little imperfections and provide a little 'respectability' (and warmth) in the British Isles' office during 'summer'. Did I say THEY ARE INVISIBLE! The colours are true to their description on the pack - 'crystal' is pale English rose (but also picking up anything underneath, so they warm with a light tan), 'Poudre' is my favourite - pale but not anaemic. 'Medium' good for size 10 to 12. If handled with care these beauties last too - I got ten wear-wash-wear cycles out of my first pair! That's a record waiting to be broken....Try these: liberate your legs for 'summer'. June 24, 2011
