The wine, aged for 24 months, has an intense aroma of ripe fruits and a slightly floral background. Your gift is presented in a silver gift box, finished with a claret-red satin ribbon and bow. Using our personalised gift service allows you to create a truly unique gift. Include a gift card printed with your own personal gift message. A separate gift message can be printed along the claret-red satin ribbon that surrounds your gift box. Choose a preferred delivery date for your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a link via text & e.mail so you can add personalisation and delivery details to your order. Orders must be placed by 2pm for next-day delivery. FREE Delivery to UK within 2-3 working days

When will my order be delivered?

You can choose a date for FREE delivery to any UK address, including Saturdays and Sundays. Orders must be placed by 2pm and delivery date confirmed by 4pm for next day delivery.

Once you have placed your order, we`ll send you a link via text message and email so you can choose your preferred delivery date. If no response is received, your order will be automatically despatched after 3 working days. The last order times are subject to change at busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.

What time do you deliver?

We deliver between 7am and 7pm. Note that during very busy periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, delivery time may vary slightly. We don’t usually deliver on bank holidays or the day after a bank holiday. Once your delivery has been scheduled, the courier will provide you with an estimated time of delivery via text and/or e.mail. Unfortunately an exact slot cannot be nominated.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

We are unable to deliver to Eire, PO Box and BFPO addresses. There is no Sunday delivery service to postcodes PO30-PO41 (Isle of Wight).

Orders to postcodes AB36-56, BT1-94, FK17-21, GY1-9, HS1-9, IM1-89, IV1-63, JE1-5, KA27, KW1-17, KW2-9, PA20-80, PH19-50 and ZE1-3 will be delivered by Royal Mail, using Tracked24 delivery. This is not a guaranteed delivery date service. Orders will be delivered Tuesday – Saturday - due to perishability it is not possible to deliver to these restricted postcodes on a Sunday or Monday.

If it is not possible to deliver your order on the specified date, the delivery will be re-scheduled, without notice, to the earliest possible delivery date. Your order may arrive before or after the date that you have specified.

Can I add a gift message or personalise my order? All Floric products can include a FREE gift message, with additional personalisation on selected products. Once your order is placed, we`ll send you a link via text message and email to add a gift message and personalisation.

If you do not respond, your order will be automatically despatched after 3 working days without personalisation.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

When your order has been despatched, you’ll receive an email or text message from the courier, which will include tracking instructions and courier details whist your parcel is en-route. (Excludes orders delivered to restricted postcodes).

If you (or the recipient) are out when we try to deliver your parcel, we’ll try to find a neighbour to leave your package with, or we’ll leave your package safe at the premises. We will post a card through the door so you know we’ve attempted delivery. If we are unable to deliver your parcel a card will be posted through the letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

Can I deliver to a place of work, hospital, university, airport or prison?

Please first determine whether the organisation will accept your delivery, as we cannot accept any liability for non-delivery if the organisation refuses the delivery.

If the goods are faulty, the customer has 14 days to notify supplier and return the goods. If the goods are not faulty, these products fall outside the scope of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 as the product is a perishable and cannot be returned.
