RINGS
HOW TO MEASURE |
| At House of Fraser, we use the UK ring sizing scale, which measures rings from A (the smallest size) to Z (the largest size), however there may be specific brands that classify rings as small, medium and large, so we have incorporated this into our ring size guide. Follow our step-by-step guide on how to measure your finger and then compare to the following ring size scale below. |
|
| Please note that this chart should only be used as a guide and if you are in between sizes then you should order the larger size. |

FURNITURE
HOW TO MEASURE |
|
The House of Fraser furniture range on our website displays full measurements to help you purchase the right furniture for your home.
If you are unsure about whether your new furniture will fit in your home, you can visualise the proportions of the furniture by simply laying out a newspaper template to see how much space is required. Make sure you have enough space around your furniture. For example if you are purchasing a dining table, remember that extra space is needed when the chairs are pulled out. Also, allow enough space for drawers and doors to be opened. Measure the width and height of all doorways, hallways, and staircases. Please take into consideration all aspects of your home and don’t forget obstacles like radiators, banisters, turns and wall and ceiling lights. On some of our upholstered furniture the arms are removable. Please check the model for further details. Before delivery please ensure your room is ready to take your new furniture and the space is empty. It is also important on the day of delivery, to remove any pictures, mirrors or ornaments to help make the delivery an enjoyable experience. |
