To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

buying a hugo boss polo shirt I bought this for myself. This was the first HUGO BOSS polo shirt that I have bought and choose a large fit. I am 6ft+ tall, athletic build, 42inch chest, 36inch waist fits very well. The feel and fit of the polo shirt reinforces the quality that you have paid for. I will be looking to buy more of the same in different colours. May 17, 2012

Perfect fit I purchased this top for my husband- he just loves it. He has a few Hugo Boss t-shirts which can be quite tight but the polo shirts like this are a much better shape, wash well and sit comfortably. They look smart but can also be worn casually and the colours are flattering on, more so than on the hanger. Whilst there are cheaper options its well worth investing in a few of these which can be worn for different occasions and enhances those who have a broad chest whilst not clinging (ideal if you are going to pub or for a meal and worry about getting bloated). Highly recommended for young or older men and also great gift for any girlfriend, wife or partner who is looking for something their partner is sure to love! January 11, 2012
