· £12 standard charge for Next Day or Nominated Day delivery.
· £14 for a 2 day delivery service to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
Orders placed with Robbie Toys Ltd will be delivered by TNT or Interlink dependant on the size of the item. Robbie Toys Ltd will confirm the order either by telephone or email and arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery options are next day or nominated day. If your delivery is with Interlink they offer a text alert service, whereby a text delivery slot will be sent to your mobile.
When your order arrives, you will be able to inspect the product before signing for delivery. If the box is damaged in any way please sign as “box damaged on arrival”.
Each order will include a delivery note with the return instructions and contact details for Robbie Toys Ltd technical help line.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your designated courier will leave a delivery card. Please contact the courier as instructed on the card.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged we ask our customers to inform us immediately. Should your goods arrive damaged we ask that you write on the courier delivery note that the goods have arrived damaged. If a spare part can be despatched in the first instance it will be sent, or if the item cannot be repaired arrangements for a replacement will be organised. If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them within 7 days. In order to return an item please contact us on 01843 604448. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition received. All delivery and return costs will not be refunded.
If our courier attempts to deliver your parcel and you are not in they will leave calling card. It is your responsibility to telephone the number on the card and re-arrange delivery. If this does not happen in 24 hours they will automatically try again.
If there is a fault on an item that is new, assembled and unused, we will collect the item and make a full refund. However, the item does need to be in its original packaging.
Corrections and Errors
It is important that you are aware that the colours and appearance of products may vary from the way they appear on the screen.
Descriptions of goods and services included in the House of Fraser site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Errors are corrected as soon as we are aware of them. If after you've received the goods and the description varies from the product you have received, you may return them for a full refund.
