Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Best Purchase Ever! I was looking for a dress for a wedding that I am going to in the evening. This was the first dress I saw online, when I tried this dress on in the shop it was a perfect fit and looks stunning!!! It's not very often you find a dress straight away for a special event. I will also be able to wear this dress again. I bought it in the sale but If it was full price I still would have bought it. Well worth the money. I would say this is the best dress I have ever bought. I feel very confident wearing it and sophisticated. I am a size 14 (bought a 14) and I was worried about the material around my large stomach! but the material sits well and actually makes my stomach look smaller!!
