Jamie Oliver 26cm hard anodised frying pan. This pan is made with hard anodised heavyweight technology. Its strong aluminium surface allows it to resist abrasions and scratches, as well as providing natural non-stick. It has a new pro metal pro interior, with a multi layer non-stick coating reinforced with extra hard minerals. The newly improved thermo spot heat indicator confirms when the pot is preheated, whilst its copper ring provides even heat distribution. The pan has riveted `stay cool` handles and a contemporary carved shape. It is suitable for all heat sources, excluding induction.
