Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Women's Just Sheepskin Albery sheepskin boot with textile sole 4.7 5 11 12

Size's come up small I brought these for my girlfriend who is a size 4 in Ugg's. I brought them in a Small (3-4) but they were more like a size 3 at first. Was going to send them back as they were too small for her but once wearing them for a few days the fur lining wore down & they gave a little hence, making them comfortable & true to size. If i had got the next size up they would have been far too big. January 31, 2013

Perfect Slippers & Service I already own a pair of Just Sheepskin Dutchess Slippers so know how good they are but wanted a pair of the boots. These arrived really quickly and have been on my feet since opening the box. I wear them with the tops up like boots and they are so comfy and warm in our house with wooden & tile floors. The size is a bit more roomy than the mule type slippers, which took a few days to fit as they should. I'm a 5 and the 5-6 (M) fit perfectly and are wide enough for my somewhat chubby feet. I love them and would recommend them to anyone. Don't dither just buy them ! January 28, 2013

Lovely & cosy to wear I am a size 4 & purchased these in a Small 3/4 in the sale. As they have a padded layer of sheepskin inside they appear more like a size 3. Within time they will soften & stretch to become more comfortable which has put me off getting a bigger size as they could become too loose? But very nice warm slippers just like Ugg's. Warm and Cosy I loved the boots and I wore them all the time at home. There is only 1 little thing... I am a size 4.5 and bought the 3/4 and actually found them a little small. It was a quite uncomfortable to wear at the start but eventually it gave a little so it is ok now. December 19, 2012

What is the material of the sole ?

Is it cloth/soft material or plastic/soft material ? I would like one with waterproof/water resistant material so I can walk into the kitchen with them.
