Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Best foundation i have ever tried I bought beige ivory after trying in store. Dont see this colour listed on line as an option to order but the foundation (and eye crayon) are the best i have evr tried...and at my age ive tried several, clarins, mac, estee lauder, lancome, creme de la mer (worst), clinique etc etc. June 1, 2012
Good coverage-lacks the staying power I'm used to Having a fairly rosy complexion I'm always on the look out for a good yellow based foundation. Having read reviews for Laura Mercier creme foundation, I decided to try some and ordered on line. The shade medium ivory was a little too pale - guess that what comes with selecting a shade on line. The coverage is good and it has a good yellow base. However I normally wear ELDW which stays put no matter what and the LM did not last as long and my rosiness was shining through after lunchtime - so not bad staying power but not enough for me. Foundation did cover well and feel light so it is a good product overall. December 18, 2011
Excellent purchase Great foundation. Really good coverage and a nice creamy texture. The colour matches my skin tone perfectly. The foundation is long lasting and stays put all day. I would definitely recommend this foundation to anyone looking for good coverage that looks natural. October 30, 2011

Hi,

I would reccomend Rose Ivory or Cream Ivory depending on your skin undertone. Rose Ivory has a more pink undertone whereas Cream Ivory has a more yellow undertone.

The shade completely depends on the formula. You may want to use Laura Mercier's lightest shades (Porcelain Ivory, Porcelain, Soft Ivory, Soft Porcelain)
