The Colorado 2 seater medium sofa is part of our Linea range which is exclusive to House of Fraser. The Colorado is a contemporary style sofa with generous proportions for a luxurious sit. Every piece is hand made using the finest aniline leather. The markings in this are not imperfections but natural features of this hide, which add character and individuality to make each sofa or chair unique. The Colorado range also includes a large 3 seater sofa, a chair, stool and a rocket chair. Colorado black is exclusive to the web and available with a 7 day delivery. Please note that leather is a natural material; a soft and luxurious fabric that may change with age and display unique characteristics. Genuine leather reflects the life of the animal; details including wrinkles and variations in grain and colour make the product special and should not be seen as flaws. We believe that this adds to the look and style of the piece.

Delivery between 7.30am – 6.00pm

FREE delivery available for orders over £1,500.

An offer of delivery will be made within 7 days of placing your order. The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day, depending on the location of the delivery address. The delivery company will contact you the day before delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then an alternative date will be offered.

Please note:

Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and certain remote areas is not available.

If you cannot accommodate for the delivery of your furniture within 21 working days, then a storage charge to hold the goods on your behalf will be payable directly to the courier.

If there is no one available to accept the delivery on the day agreed with the courier, an £80 charge for redelivery will be payable directly to the courier. If you are unable to accommodate the delivery, you must inform us at least 24hrs in advance of the delivery day to arrange another date at no extra charge. However, if the revised delivery date exceeds 21 days from the date of the original delivery, a storage charge may apply and the goods will not be redelivered until this has been paid.

Our refund policy does not apply to furniture orders made on our website and you may only return furniture if you wish to cancel your contract with us, please see Cancellations for further details. Please note that a collection charge of £100 will be made if you wish to return furniture unless it is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrect.

I would like to purchase the linea colorado 2 seat sofa in black leather but I am concerned about getting it into my flat

Details:

The main door to my flat is 70cm wide x 198cm high the inside is open plan.

Without an external check of a customers home we cannot be sure we could get it through.

However you do have the right to refuse the goods by law if they do not fit into your home as you have ordered on the intranet and you would recieve a full refund.
