To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Women's Linea Plain knitted tight 3 5 1 1

Non tight tights I'm a size 12 so went for the small/medium but found that they were over generous in size. Slightly too long for my not particularly short legs and slightly loose. Fine when wearing boots that can hide the Nora Batty wrinkles, but hoiking them up reminded me of being back at school as a small child - not the most ladylike of looks. Did the job though - warm and unbobbly. Suggest going for a size smaller and they will probably be perfect! March 22, 2011
