1. Buy & Collect (Mon - Sun)

Order before 5pm for collection instore from 12noon the NEXT DAY

If you place your order after 5pm, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 5pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12noon on Wednesday)

*If you are collecting from our Belfast or Dundrum store please allow up to 72 hours for delivery. Please note: City store is open Monday to Saturday only. Any orders placed on Saturday will be ready for collection on Monday.

2. Standard (Mon - Fri)

DELIVERY: within 3-5 working days. (Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm).
Includes delivery to Highlands & Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO).

*To receive FREE standard delivery, the total amount of £50 or more must be payable after any promotional discounts have been applied to your order.

Only one free shipping address per order. FREE delivery is not available when you purchase from third party websites accessed via the House of Fraser website, unless otherwise stated.

3. Next Day(Mon - Sat)

Order before 5pm for delivery the NEXT DAY

Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will arrive on Tuesday.

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message informing you that your delivery will take place in a scheduled delivery window. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery as a signature may be required on receipt.

4. Nominated Evening (Mon - Fri)

Order before 5pm for delivery the following evening

You will be asked to select the date you would like your order to be delivered. If you would like to have your order delivered tomorrow evening, you will need to place your order BEFORE 5pm.

Nominated evening delivery is only available to postcodes within the M25.

5. Nominated Day (Mon - Sat)

Order before 5pm for Next Day delivery (8am - 8pm).

For orders placed after 5pm on Saturday or any time Sunday, the earliest day you will be able to choose is Monday. We are not able to give you a specific delivery time.

6. Same Day (Mon - Fri)

 ORDER: before midday for same day delivery (Mon - Fri, 6pm - 9pm)*.

Same Day delivery is only available within the M25, Milton Keynes and selected areas within Reading, Slough, Hertfordshire, Windsor, Maidenhead, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Walsall. Please click here to see the list of postcodes.

*Excludes large kitchen appliances, Goldsmiths, Red Letter Days, furniture, selected Tec7 technology and any items that have specific delivery requirements.

7. Large Items (Mon - Fri)

DELIVERY: within 3-5 working days. (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm).

Orders delivered to UK mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please see individual products to confirm if this delivery option is applicable.

9. Furniture (Mon - Fri)

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £1,500

DELIVERY: specified day (Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 6pm).

FREE delivery available for orders over £1,500. An offer of delivery will be made within seven days of placing your order. The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day, depending on the delivery address. The delivery company will contact you the day before delivery with a three hour delivery window. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then an alternative date will be offered.

Please note: If you cannot accommodate for the delivery of your furniture within 21 working days, then a storage charge to hold the goods on your behalf will be payable directly to the courier.

Please note: If there is no one available to accept the delivery on the day agreed with the courier, an £80 charge for redelivery will be payable directly to the courier. If you are unable to accommodate the delivery, you must inform us at least 24hrs in advance of the delivery day to arrange another date at no extra charge. However, if the revised delivery date exceeds 21 days from the date of the original delivery, a storage charge may apply and the goods will not be redelivered until this has been paid.

Please note: Delivery to UK and EIRE only. This does not include delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Ireland.

Flexa Furniture

Delivery is available Monday to Friday

Orders placed with Flexa UK Ltd will be delivered by Masters Logistics Ltd. Flexa UK Ltd will confirm the order, while Masters Logistics Ltd will be in touch to agree a specific date and time. You will be contacted by email to confirm the delivery date.

When your order arrives, you will be able to inspect the product before signing for delivery.

Each order will include a delivery note with return instructions and contact details for Flexa UK Ltd.

If you are not home when your order is delivered, we will be in touch to re-arrange delivery.

10. Large TVs and Accessories (Mon - Fri)

DELIVERY: select your day (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm).

Delivery for TVs 26" or over to UK mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands).

Select any day Monday to Friday. If you would like your order to arrive on the next working day, be sure to place your order before 12pm. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required on receipt.

The first available delivery day for orders placed after 12pm on Friday or, any time on Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday.

11. Fresh Foods

INVERAWE SMOKEHOUSE (TUE - FRI), PAXTON & WHITFIELD (TUE - THUR)*

ORDER: before 3pm for Next Day delivery (9am - 5pm).
