1. Standard Delivery (Mon - Fri)

Delivery within 3-5 working days between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) is included.

Only one free shipping address per order. FREE delivery is not available when you purchase from third party websites accessed via the House of Fraser website, unless otherwise stated.

2. Next Day (Mon - Sat)

Order before 3pm on the previous day for Next Day delivery between 8.00am - 8.00pm.

(On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text message informing you that your delivery will take place in between a scheduled 1 hour delivery window). Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery as a signature may be required on receipt.


Orders placed on Thursday after 3pm will arrive on the Saturday.
The first available delivery for Next Day orders placed after 3pm on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday.

3. Nominated Day (Mon - Sat)

Nominated Day delivery is currently FREE on all orders delivered within the UK when you spend £100 or more, for a limited period only. *Excludes certain UK islands, please see list below. To receive FREE Nominated Day delivery, the total amount of £100 or more must be payable after any promotional discounts have been applied to your order. Please note: Delivery price of £6.00 will show on checkout page, but you will not be charged this amount.

If you would like your package to arrive on a Saturday, be sure to place your order before 3pm on Friday.

4. Same Day (Mon - Fri)

Orders placed by 12.00pm from Monday to Friday will be delivered on the same day*, between 6pm-9pm. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery as a signature may be required on receipt.

Same Day delivery is only available within the M25, Milton Keynes and selected areas within Reading, Slough, Hertfordshire, Windsor, Maidenhead, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Walsall. Please scroll down to the end of this page to see the list of postcodes.
*Excludes large kitchen appliances, mobile phones, Goldsmiths, Red Letter Days, furniture, selected Tec7 technology and any items that have specific delivery requirements.
 

5. Large Items

 £3.00

Delivery within 3 to 5 working days between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders delivered to UK mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please see individual products to confirm if this delivery option is applicable.

7. Ireland

 £3.00

Delivery to the Ireland is currently FREE on all orders delivered within the UK when you spend £50 or more, for a limited period only*. To receive FREE standard delivery, the total amount of £50 or more must be payable after any promotional discounts have been applied to your order. Please note: Delivery price of £3 will show on checkout page, but you will not be charged this amount.

Delivery within 3 to 5 working days between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

8. Furniture (Mon-Fri)

 £30.00

Delivery from Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6.00pm

FREE delivery available for orders over £1,500.

An offer of delivery will be made within seven days of placing your valued order. The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day, depending on the location of the delivery address. The delivery company will contact you the day before delivery with a three hour delivery window. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then an alternative date will be offered.

Please note: If you cannot accommodate for the delivery of your furniture within 21 working days, then a storage charge to hold the goods on your behalf will be payable directly to the courier.

Please note: If there is no one available to accept the delivery on the day agreed with the courier, an £80 charge for redelivery will be payable directly to the courier. If you are unable to accommodate the delivery, you must inform us at least 24hrs in advance of the delivery day to arrange another date at no extra charge. However, if the revised delivery date exceeds 21 days from the date of the original delivery, a storage charge may apply and the goods will not be redelivered until this has been paid.

Please note: Delivery to UK mainland only. This does not include delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Ireland.

9. Large TVs and Accessories

 FREE

Delivery for TVs over 26", 3 to 5 working days, 9.00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands).

TVs under 26" are delivered using our standard delivery service (£4.00). Please note: You will receive FREE standard delivery when you spend £50 or more on purchases of TVs under 26", FREE delivery excludes Scottish Highlands).

10. Red Letter Days (Mon-Sat)

 FREE

Delivery sent via Royal Mail first class post. It may take up to 3 days to deliver your order.

11. Red Letter Days Ireland (Mon-Sat)

 £7.50
