Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Love the shape These are a great cut and are very comfortable on. The colour of the pink ones however is very garish which makes them look cheaper than they are. If I buy more it will not be this colour. January 15, 2013

Buy British Lovely colours, quirky and comfortable, but not for every day due to the cost. If I'm wearing lovely knickers I'd like a lovely bra to match. Any chance of Mary using her knowledge and influence to regenerate another textile business, making bras, in Greater Manchester? Kinky coordinates please. January 10, 2013

How do the sizes relate to standard sizes?

Details:

Your size guide says size M is 14-16 but the details in the "about" box says M is 12-14. Other retailers also quote an M as 10-12, or 12. I'm 12-14 but don't know what size to get. Help!
