Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Women's Mary Portas Long sleeve jersey scoop top 4.4 5 8 10

Too long and too tight. Am 5' 3.5" high, standard size 14. This came down past the middle of my thighs almost to my knees and although I like long t-shirts this would have dropped beneath most of my long jumpers and cardis. The sleeves are quite long and the body feels tight for a size 14. So disappointed, it has to go back. October 8, 2012

Perfect purchase Absolutely does the right job. I wore this under a sleeveless dress and there weren't any lines showing through or bunching. It is such a great basic to any wardrobe. I bought 2 black and a cream one. Fairly pricey but well worth the money. November 9, 2011

overpriced I bought this garment on the back of the much-hyped Mary Portas series. It fitted well and although the material was a little fine the cut of the garment was considerably better than most High Street fashion. For an item of this price from a quality collection the neck line stitching/finishing could have been slicker. After hand washing the garment it seemed to lose its initial structure and has now become of comparable quality to items obtainable in any High Street store. I guess we are paying for the cut and the name. My intention was to buy two or three more as business wear, however I will be looking elsewhere to complete my Autumn office wardrobe. Nice cut - shame about the quality. November 2, 2011

Useful wardrobe addition I thought this top might might be a disappointment but it is fantastic and will be a much worn part of my winter wardrobe. I have worn it under knitted dresses and jumpers. It is also fabulous worn with a jacket or cardigan. If you haven't got one, order one now. October 26, 2011

The measurements for 2 example sizes are as follows:

Size 12: Length 28"/70cm and Chest 34"/85cm.
Size 14: Length 29"/72.5cm and Chest 36"/90cm.
