To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

disappointed liked the look of this but had to send it back as the arms were far too tight February 17, 2013

So disappointed I am a curvy size 12/14 and ordered the size 14 in this. Having read the other reviews I am convinced the one I got was wrongly sized as it was TINY! The arms were so tight and short I could barely get them up to my armpits which meant the neckline was completely stretched. The top was also incredibly tight over bust and tummy - looked like I had been squeezed into a sausage skin - not the look I was going for!! My arms are not big and other items I ordered fit fine, so maybe a problem with sizing here. The print is gorgeous, the material is very soft but as others have said very see through. This one is going back, undecided whether to try reordering. Very disappointed. January 21, 2012

Bobbles This is a really lovely top but I have worn and hand washed it three times and it has bobbled on the sleeves and the front. I can't de-bobble it as the material is too fine and pulls so a bit disappointed. January 7, 2012
