Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Women's Mary Portas The Gold Tweed Coat with Removable Knit Sleeves 5 5 2 2

Twice as chic What a marvellous coat! With its button out knitted sleeves, it can go from a day out in winter to a trip to the theatre. The gold tweed is perhaps too dazzling for some, and the A-line cut makes it quite masculine, so maybe that's why it's on sale. I'm happy though and feel that it will be a wardrobe favourite for a long time to come. I hope Mary brings out a coloured version in a textural fabric next autumn! January 14, 2013

I am interested in this coat, I am usually a size UK14 but according to the Mary Portas size guide I am closer to UK16. Do you think this coat runs true to size or on the smaller size?

The beautiful Gold Tweed Coat with Removable Knit Sleeves will be true to size, rather than smaller in size. As it is A-line and not fitted along the body, a UK14 should be a perfect fit, even if your measurements are between a UK14 and UK16 according to the size guide.
