Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Not the dress for me This is a well designed dress and is good quality fabric. I am quite short and curvy and found the combination of the colour (more orange than red) and it clingy-ness made me look remarkably like a frankfurter sausage. However I would try the dress again in a more subdued colour. January 15, 2013

Beautiful Dress I bought this dress in a size 14. I would normally be between a 12 and 14 and it was quite small fitting. The shoulders are very loose and feel like they should have had shoulder pads in them. I liked the dress so much that I got it altered at the shoulders. December 17, 2012

Too Big I am a busty 5’2 curvy size 12, I was quite shocked when I tried on this dress only to find it was too big. Ordered a 12 and 14 as previous reviews state that the lining is a size smaller. My opinion is not the case! The shoulders are far too big and look like they should have had pads in them as they were sticking up. Really disappointed, and would not recommend. December 4, 2012

The body-con lining in each dress is a size smaller than the external shell so you should order the size you would normally order.
