Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Women's Mary Portas The Shirt 3.7 5 27 29

Order a size larger This is a beautiful top which looks classy and hangs well. The material is a little on the thin side, but feels good against the skin. I ordered in a size 14 originally, which is what I am, but was not totally comfortable on the upper back, so ordered again in a 16 which was much better. A lovely bright colour red. January 3, 2013

Poor quality sewing Poor quality sewing, not with the dosh - unlike many of my other fab products from Mary. Can't get it right all the time. October 15, 2012

Kiwidash The first MP item purchased and arrived in great time all the way to NZ. I have never been able to wear shirts - just so butch - until now, this is soft and feminine, flattering and fuss free. Love the orange colour, the versatile length. Tonight as a tunic over jeans for Ceroc dancing. I followed advice and purchased a smaller size than usual, and even with my broad shoulders the 14 is just right. Have ordered another shirt just to be sure. October 3, 2012

Hello boys! Well, I really wasn't sure about this shirt, had to size down from my normal 12 to an 8 because it was so big, and then it creased so badly in the bag I had to iron it when I got home. However...worn with dark skinny jeans, pale gold sandals, hair and make up a little more rock chick than normal and I felt fantastic! Wore it on a girls' night out and a handsome twentysomething young man winked at me - not bad at 45! Thanks Mary! September 22, 2012

We need to take your body shape in to consideration, ie: your bust size etc. However, generally speaking if you are usually are a true size 12, then I believe that this will be fine for you.

Re: the 7 pieces shirt and non brainer dress

Details:

I would like to order clothes over the internet, but not sure how your sizes work. I usually fall between 10 and 12, can you give me an idea of measurements. The same goes for trousers.
I have always loved the clothes that Mary wears but thought them out of my price range till now. Wishing you all enormous success.
ps. I think I am a 45 year old, although my birth certificate insists I am 65!
