Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Another gorgeous print My third MP dress in this style. The bold print attracted me to this and didn't disappoint. For those who have experienced the sack effect - I strongly advise going down two sizes. Still a loose fit but feels sleeker on. Great with a batwing knit or a boyfriend style jacket. Heels essential. More dresses in this style please. February 1, 2013

Good at bargain price The amazing material. The best of British manufacture and production. A shape I have bought before, and loved, in the 'kite' dress. Somehow it all doesn't quite come together. Maybe the type of material does not suit because it doesn't hang like the heavy jerseys ?. Anyhow, for the bargain price I bought a size down and I would say it suits us tall, broad shouldered small hipped lasses. It is quirky and yes I shall wear it, but not one of my favourite pieces. January 9, 2013

Ordered online Just got this delivered, really disappointed am sending it back. I look like a sack of spuds in it, perhaps ordering a size down might help, the quality is good but not enough for me to try again. October 3, 2012
