Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

lovely dress, tight on the hips This dress is a lovely bright blue and has a silky feel. The skirt part is lined and is not stretchy so, I'd order a the size above if necessary as there is no give in it. The draping is great to create a chic look and is perfect if you a conscious about your tummy. Greta length just above the knee. January 25, 2013

Little blue dress I was wanting something for evenings, something light and a bit more dressy. I had originally thought that this dress looked odd in an unusual way. BUT on sale, I thought it worth the risk. It is lovely. It suits my big shoulders and small hip shape perfectly. Not for you pears - sorry. It has a fully lined skirt, the twist detail is different. Just not sure about where the V is secured, for me it could have been a little lower. The fabric feels very luxurious and the colour is a true electric blue. I shall be packing this for my holiday trips (around NZ) over the next month and it will have a lot of use. January 3, 2013

1st Mary Portas purchase Delighted that this dress was so flattering on my size 16 , 5'11 frame. On knee length , tops of arms covered and drapes over my tummy challenged area. The colour really pops so outfit looks chic while I feel comfortable. November 30, 2012

Thank you for your question.

The Twist front drape dress has an elastic waist and therefore whilst true to size, the size below may fit also and is dependent on whether you would prefer a looser or more fitted waist.
