Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

3rd Mary Portas Purchase Flattering dress for a size 16 5'11 shape. Bottom of skirt slanted and top edge of this on one knee and below other.This gives a pleasing quirk to the look and would also look good on someone less tall . Flattering over tummy area and gives a pleasing hourglass shape. Drape at neck and overall cut make this look and feel like a much more expensive item.Material neither too heavy ( I hate feeling too hot when I am out ) nor too thin so drapes where it needs to rather than clinging. Material also covers all of the shoulder and the shape here helps detract from any less than perfect arms. Only problem is that I have now seen it in mustard as well - will start saving December 20, 2012

Hope you are well.

I would recommend a size 14 as the bust measurement will be 38.5 inches and be more comfortable than the size 12 which is 36.5 inches.
