Your delivery will be automatically scheduled on the fifth working day after you place your order. If this is inconvenient, you can ring Montgomery directly to organise a delivery date that suits you.
Your order will be sent via Yodel and City Link. You will receive an email from Montgomery at the time of despatch, informing you that your order is on its way. For further enquiries, please call the customer services team on 01244 661301 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, between 9.00am and 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.
If you have purchased an item from Montgomery at House of Fraser, we want you to be delighted every time
you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand you may wish to return items.
When returning goods to Montgomery at houseoffraser the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused
and accompanied by the detachable address slip at the bottom of the despatch note. Items cannot be
returned for a refund or exchange if they have been altered.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the manufacture or the fabric then please contact our
Customer Relations Department on 0800 032 5750 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or email@example.com to
be allocated a Returns Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number. Returned goods will be inspected for faults and the reported problem.
