Time To Delivery: Delivery times are within 2-5 days of dispatch; the delivery company will contact you within 7 days to confirm your order. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then at this point you can agree an alternative day with the delivery company.

You will receive your delivery on a specified day, Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 6pm The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day, dependent on the delivery address. The delivery company will contact you the day before delivery with an am or pm delivery window.

Exclusions: Delivery is only available to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, and does not include delivery to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Returns period by post or courier:

Please email aftersales@obaby.co.uk to request a returns number before sending an item back. Orders without a returns number will not be processed. Please make sure your returned items are recieved within 14 days of delivery to be refunded in full via the original payment method. The returns address will be stated on the dispatch note.

If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you will be refunded with a House of Fraser eVoucher to the value of the returned items.

Obaby are unfortunately unable to exchange products by post. Exchanges can be processed in Obaby stores, so please take your items to your nearest store for an exchange if you wish. See www.obaby.co.uk to find your local store.

Returning Outside the Returns Period:

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.

We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods. Proof of Purchase.

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

Taking Care of Our Goods:

You will naturally wish to inspect the products you order and try them on for size. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed garments and gift items) and, if you wish to return anything, that it reaches us in perfect condition. Where an item has a returns swing ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged upon return. All products must be returned in original packaging and unassembled. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged furniture. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Furniture:

Our returns and refunds policy does not apply to furniture orders made on our website. You may only return furniture orders by cancelling your contract with us, to find out how, see Cancelling your order.

OBaby products cannot be returned to House of Fraser stores.
