How The Process Of Buying Cards Works

As soon as you place your order, you will be sent an email informing you that your order has been received and is being processed.

You will be sent another email when your order has been dispatched.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email. On some occasions, we may be unable to process an order; if this is the case, we will send you an email explaining why your order failed. You may need to visit our website to place another order, using a different form of payment.

Online Gift Card orders are limited to £250.

Order Errors

If you've made an error on your order, please ring our customer services on 0845 602 1073 and we will do our best to correct it.

Refunds

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

Gift Cards purchased online cannot be returned to a House of Fraser store.

To return faulty or damaged Gift Cards purchased online, please call our customer services on 0845 602 1073. Monday to Friday, 8am - 10pm. Saturday & Sunday, 9am - 6pm.

 

Delivery Options & Charges

We use Royal Mail to deliver our Gift Cards. Delivery charges may differ on amount ordered. Please note - Gift Card orders require a signature on delivery.

Standard - £2.50 (Monday - Friday)

You will receive your order in 3-5 working days
Sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery

Next Day - £4.50 (Monday - Friday)

Order before 2pm to receive your order on the next working day
Sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery

Nominated Day - £4.50 (Monday - Saturday)

You will receive your order on the day you select
Sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery

Delivery Details

If there is no-one available to sign for the package on arrival, a card will be left by the postman informing the occupant that an attempted delivery was made. The Gift Card will then be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Enquiry Office, where they will await collection by the recipient.

We can deliver to addresses in the Channel Islands and the Scottish islands and any BFPO address. However, we regret that we are unable to deliver to other international addresses.

Please note that House of Fraser Gift Cards can only be spent at stores in the UK, Ireland and online.

Please note that we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Buying More Than £250?

You are able to purchase up to £250 of Gift Cards in a single transaction online. If you'd like to order more than £250 as a private customer, please visit one of our stores.
