Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Very nice Dress Wish I could get it in the purple :-( but they are out of stock..this outfit hides all the curvy bumps..I am a 18-20 top and 14 bottom and the large fits me perfectly. April 19, 2012

Gorgeous dress As I am petite (5 ft), I normally don't choose dresses with wide skirts, but this dress is amazingly flattering as it has a fitted bodice & sleeves, made in a very soft stretchy fabric, then flares out into a swirley skirt in softest silk. The lining is intentionally slightly shorter than the dress which makes it a tiny bit flirty. I am between Size 8-10. The S was comfortable with a little room to move. The XS was a perfect fit. This dress feels feminine, gorgeous and luxurious. April 15, 2012
