To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Great value and VERY warm This cardigan may not be luxury fabric but I love the bright colours and it is surprisingly very warm. I did not buy this last winter because I was worried about the angora content. It is actually minuscule so does not trouble. Do try the cardigans. You'll love them. Don't expect luxury fabric but this is great style and winter warmth at a great price! February 2, 2013
Phase Eight Cardigan I recently purchased the long line cardigan in purple. Style and colour good, but alas the quality is not so.. After wearing it four times, it is covered in pillocks, and it looks thin and out of shape - and this is before washing it. I'm extremely disappointed. September 25, 2012
Bad Colour in the Photo I purchased this cardigan and was very disappointed in the colour, the description states its Multicoloured but when i received my order the colour states 'Grey Marl' the colour of this looks like it belongs to a school uniform. I would return this product but shipping from Australia works out to be more than the price of the cardigan I find the feel quite prickly and itchy which surprised me as its a cashmere blend. Definitely wouldn't recommend this product especially the 'Multicoloured' February 4, 2012
Soft and roomy! I wanted a long, black cardigan that I could wear with either casual trousers or with a frock without losing that 'dressed up' look. This was it! The cashmere and angora content give it a touch of luxury and make it warm but not bulky, so it can be worn alone or under a coat. The half-ribbed design is classy and gives the cardigan a certain flair. Grab one while you can! January 1, 2012
