Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Phase Eight Bolero Very versatile, was one of my better buys. I was searching for a purple Bolero to match my Ascot outfit, by sheer luck this Bolero came up on a pop up cookie whilst i was looking at House of Fraser site, it was perfect with my Coast dress(also H of F) beautifully soft and a lovely rich colour. I was also lucky enough to buy it at a reduced price, as it had been put in the sale September 4, 2012

Lovely colour, very small fit i bought this bolero in green, the colour is beautiful however the fit is very very small. I bought a 16 and it doesn't fit me although I'm generally a 14. However if you're the right size this is a really lovely top. June 10, 2012

2 inches / 5 cm
