Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

Gorgeous frock! Perfect fit - feel so good in this dress - it's gorgeous - flattering - I'm 5ft 8" the length is fine for me sits on my knees not too short - was slightly concerned that this might be too fitted as in my fifties and wasn't sure about the neckline - usually prefer a scooped or v neck - but have to say I just love this dress. Understated elegance Really simple design but it works so well. The lace against the nude body gives a seductive yet elegant look and I really love how the lining only covers the skirt and bodice leaving the neck and arms unlined, it fits so well too. This look I thought was very Kate Middleton, looks ultra sophisticated on with some nude courts and a clutch. Perfect for a dinner party. November 20, 2012

Never purchased from this range but I love the lace shift dress. It would help to know about the sizing - nothing worse than something tight and clingy.
