Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Very Good Briefs Bought the Red, White and Navy combination and find this to be the best design of boxer brief available to buy, they fit a little tighter than others but somehow they seem more comfortable. Not only this, but they keep you cool and stay pretty much in the same place. Good Briefs, would recommend over Calvin Klein for quality of materials. December 25, 2012

Buy the next size up! I would say that the size descriptions are slightly misleading, compared to brands such as CK these come up quite small so I'd recommend buying the next size up September 3, 2012

Surprise Buy ....i was an astute old fashioned styled boxer dude, and never thought i would ever wear the modern man boxer briefs. I had a gift card as a present and did not really have anything in mind, then i looked through my favorite brand - Ralph lauren - and found these boxers for sale at the value of my gift card, so made the purchase. The 1st thing my partner said when i wore them as a test, was 'sexy', i couldnt remember the last time she had ever made this comment, and to addto it, they felt really comfortable February 17, 2012
