Participant Guidelines:

You must be aged 18 or over. All the spas welcome men and women.

Duration:

At most spas you`ll be invited to arrive at opening time and can stay until closing time. Opening hours vary, but as a guide you can stay at the spa for up to nine hours.

Dress Code:

Towels and robes may be provided, depending on which spa you choose; we`ll give you all the details when you book.
