  • This hands-on cookery school offers an exciting cooking experience with something for everyone. Whether classic French dish or a hot and spicy oriental menu, an Italian classic or healthy sushi, these recipes are guaranteed to excite all home cooks (whatever level). Classes are run by professional Michelin star trained chefs who will guide you through each step of your chosen menu, sharing expert tips and tricks of the trade as you prepare your meal. Once everything is ready, sit down to enjoy your tasty creations over a well earned glass of wine in the dining area. You will receive a L`atelier des Chefs apron and the recipes will be forwarded to you via email so you can recreate them at home.

    Availability:

    Courses run Saturday lunchtimes and occasional weekday mornings throughout the year. Using Red Letter Days` unique order reference, you will make your booking directly via L`atelier des Chefs website.


    Participant Guidelines:

    All participants over the age of 16 are welcome.


    Duration:

    Your experience will last for an hour and a half in the kitchen for your cookery course and extra time for dining.


    Numbers on Day:

    The two of you can expect to share your experience with up to 18 other budding chefs.


    Dress Code:

    There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable and closed in shoes. Aprons are provided to protect your clothes whilst cooking.
