Red Letter Days English Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting For Two

English wines are becoming increasingly popular and have gained a well respected reputation within the industry in the UK and abroad. Taking place at an award winning vineyard set in beautiful Sussex countryside, your experience will start with tea and coffee and an introduction to the estate and its history. Then you will be taken on a tour of the vineyard, from the original cuttings to the newest additions and will learn about the whole process from planting to harvesting. From here go straight onto the winery to find out something about the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling of the finished wine. And what better way to finish a perfect day out than... you guessed it... quaff some wine! You`ll taste three different varieties and a buffet meal is also included. A bottle is all yours to take home and savour later.

Participant Guidelines:

This experience involves alcohol, so the minimum age is 18

Availability:

Available selected Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year. The grape harvest takes place in September and October so please be aware of possible date exclusions around this time

Weather:

This experience will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions

Session Length:

Expect to be at the vineyard for four hours, including one hour for dining

You`ll spend some time outside and walking over some uneven ground. Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day
