Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

BEST FOUNDATION TO DATE!-HARD TO BEAT! for me, i like a foundation which covers all aspects of what im looking for- coverage, silky, light, and stays on for long. this foudation is everything which im looking for! although its quite pricey, my skin suffers from random break outs and blemishes but the foundation sits perfectly on top of the skin and is not heavy and extermly coverage worthy! i would really really reccomend this excelent foundation! at first i was worried to make a change with my foundation, and i bet i will never move from this!wooooooooooooooooo x December 31, 2011
Shiseido has much better products than this I use Shiseido products since many years and it is my absolute favourite Brand for any Beauty products, specially for Make-Up. I have a very bad and uneven skin. I checked on the shiseido website, which product would be best for my skin. Unfortunately this new foundation was recommended to cover unevenness. I must say, that i am quite disappointed with this new foundation. It does not cover at all. To be fair, i do have a very difficult skin and for other costumer that foundation would probably work well. For me it was a waste of money, I am upset with myself as I know that the shiseido Lifting Foundation is perfect for my skin and cover unevenness much better than this new Foundation. colour

in the guardian on saturday, it said (as I believe) that a yellow base is most flattering for my kind of fair skin. Yet all the colours online look brightly pink. any clues?

For yellow base the best shades are I00/I20/I40/I60. Choose a darker or lighter yellow base according to your skin tone.

Hi Annie,

Light and Fair are descriptions of the depth of colour. So for example Natural Light Ivory (I20) is lighter, and Natural Fair Ivory (I40) is darker. They correspond with number codes on the bottles.

Yes, the Shiseido Perfect Refining Foundation can be layered up to cover broken capillaries. It is medium to full coverage depending on quantity used. It is best applied with a brush and stippled over the area for more coverage.
