To a Store
Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Jaw dropper This is dress is perfect for an evening do, the colour is the right sort of gold, not an in your face colour but a soft gold. The embroidery is beautiful and really great quality, I tend to find the sequins and beadings always fall off in one place or another but this wasn't the case. Great buy. December 12, 2012

Hi Ang the straps are not adjustable but I would recommend you enquiring at your local House of Fraser if they have a tailor they can recommend as some of our House of Fraser stores offer this service. Alternatively your local drycleaners could specialise in this alteration service service. It is a stunning dress.
