Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post
Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

International Returns

Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside of the UK, it will be at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

The asymmetric one shoulder adds elegance and really accentuates the wearers neck and shoulders particularly when wearing your hair up. The stretch in the cloth composition allows you to move freely. Generous sizing I bought the 6 and found it very big fitting. I am a standard size - usually a 6-8 in Karen Millen, a size 6 in Coast and Oasis, 6 in Therapy, 6-8 warehouse, a 0-1 in Ted Baker, XS in Zara. I am 5' 3" and a curvy 6, not skinny! This dress is bigger than those shops' equivalent sizes and unfortunately I have had to return it. It's a beautiful dress from the front, cut really nicely and the little sequin brooch is lovely and not overly blingy. Really classy for a wedding or similar occasion. However the back is very plain and not cut as nicely. It's not as flattering as a Karen Millen stretch satin dress and the quality is not as good either, and the price point is more or less the same. The colour was gorgeous on (pale skin, dark haired, english rose complexion). Worth trying on! February 6, 2013
Prom dress I got this for prom as I really didn't want to wear a big old ball gown. And this was utterly perfect, nice and dressed up for a party and an evening do so fitted well for my occasion. The side detailing is really pretty and is well done. The fit is great and the colour looks really classic yet expensive. Happy customer! January 9, 2013

Hi we offer a wide range of Untold handbags that would work perfectly with this dress. Staple handbag colours such as black, navy or cream would work really well with any of the colours we offer in this dress shape. Also by bringing in a new colour for example cream it will allow you to match your shoe colour to your handbag to complete your outfit.

Hi Minty, this is a great dress choice and it looks fabulous on. I would recommend you buying a size 14, if you are at all unhappy with the fit you can always exchange for an alternative size. The luxurious satin does have an element of stretch and the tucks at the side seam flowing round the wear’s waist does provide the wearer a lot of movement so that you can look great and feel comfortable.
