Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 28 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

Paypal Refunds
You will need to return your goods by post, if PayPal was your original payment method and you would like the refund back to your account. If you make your return to a store, we will only able to give you a House of Fraser gift card to the same value.

A must-have in the make up bag I can't believe it took me that long to find a product that does its job so well - it really helps to prepare the eyelid, make it even and gently moisturised so that eyeshadow can be applied and stay in place all day. It is worth paying the price as it works and you need just a little per eye. Fantastic product September 12, 2012

Worth while purchase Only a tiny amount of product is needed, so although not cheap is value for money. Once applied leave for a minute or so to dry before applying your eye shaddow over the top. My eye shaddow colour also seems more intense, and I had no signs at all of creasing, something which other similar products had failed to do. Very pleased indeed, and will buy again September 17, 2012
